Your questions.
Clear answers.

What is Cleerium for?

Cleerium helps you bring your documents together and understand your overall administrative situation: your contracts, expenses, commitments and deadlines.

You can find a bill, ask about a term you do not understand or see what has changed in your expenses. The app provides accessible explanations and helps you prepare your next steps, while leaving the decisions to you.

Which documents can I add?

You can add bills, contracts and letters relating to your personal admin: a phone subscription, health insurance, tenancy agreement, electricity bill or a letter from a provider.

These documents allow Cleerium to explain their contents and relate them to your situation. For example, a contract and the corresponding bills help you understand the amount paid and how it changes.

How do I add a document to Cleerium?

Tap the « + » button in the app, then choose to scan a paper document with your phone or import a saved file.

Once the document is added, Cleerium identifies useful information and sorts it in your space. You can then find it in “My documents” and ask questions to understand it better.

Can I ask questions about my documents?

Yes. You can ask a question in your own words, such as: “Why has my bill increased?”, “What does my subscription include?” or “Until when can I cancel this contract?”.

Cleerium uses your documents to provide accessible explanations. If information is missing or cannot be confirmed, the app tells you rather than giving you a definite answer.

Does Cleerium handle procedures on my behalf?

No. Cleerium helps you understand your options and prepare your next steps, but you remain the decision-maker.

For a cancellation, for example, the app can help you prepare a letter using information from your contract. You can review, edit and download it to send yourself. Cleerium does not sign documents, send letters or cancel contracts on your behalf.

Is Cleerium free?

Cleerium offers a free plan to organise and understand your documents and track your expenses and deadlines, with usage limits shown in the app.

The Premium plan offers higher capacities and additional features, particularly for preparing your next steps. You can review the plans and their prices before choosing.

If you reach a free-plan limit, the documents you have already added remain accessible.

Who can view my documents?

Other Cleerium users cannot view your documents. They are linked to your personal account, and access is controlled.

To store, organise and help you understand them, Cleerium relies on technical services from Google Firebase and OpenAI, which process the information necessary for their role. The Security & privacy page and our privacy policy explain how this data is protected and used.

Are my documents used to show me ads?

No. The contents of your bills, contracts and letters are not used to select the ads you see or to build an advertising profile. Your personal data is not sold.

The free plan may display ads, but these must not influence Cleerium’s explanations or recommendations. The Premium plan is ad-free.

Can I recover a document deleted by mistake?

Yes. When you delete a document, it stays in the trash for 30 days. During this time, you can restore it to your space.

If you simply want to put away a document you no longer need every day, you can archive it: it remains stored without appearing among your active documents.

Which devices can I use Cleerium on?

Cleerium is available on iPhone through the Swiss App Store. Any availability on other devices or in other countries is announced in the app’s news.

Does Cleerium connect to my bank or providers?

No. Cleerium relies on the documents you add to the app. You do not need to share the login details for your bank, insurance or other customer accounts.

To keep your situation up to date, add new contracts, bills and letters as you receive them.

How does Cleerium identify my deadlines?

Cleerium looks for important dates in the documents you add, such as renewal dates or cancellation deadlines. It gathers them in your “Deadlines” space and helps you plan ahead with reminders.

For example, an insurance contract may specify a deadline for requesting cancellation. Cleerium helps you identify it so you have time to decide and prepare. This tracking depends on the information in the documents you entrust to it.

What if information in the app is incorrect?

Open the relevant document to check the information at its source. If an amount, date or category is incorrect, use the correction option where available.

If you cannot make the correction in the app, contact us at contact@cleerium.com and describe the problem. Do not send a sensitive personal document in your first message.

Which languages are available in the app?

Cleerium is available in French, German, Italian and English. You can choose the interface language in the app settings and change it at any time.

How do I delete my Cleerium account?

You can request account deletion from within the app. Before confirming, retrieve any documents you want to keep. The consequences and processing time are explained during the procedure.

If you have an Apple subscription, remember to cancel it in your Apple account settings too: deleting your Cleerium account does not automatically cancel that subscription.
