Your bills, contracts and letters tell part of your story. Cleerium is designed to protect them and use their information for one purpose: helping you understand and keep track of your personal admin.
The documents you add to Cleerium are secured and reserved for your personal use. Your bills, contracts and letters stay in your own space: no other user can view them, and the app does not allow sharing them with other users. Their contents are processed to help you organise your personal admin, understand it and keep track of what concerns you.
Your personal data and the information in your documents are never sold or shared for advertising purposes. They are not used to build a marketing profile or show you targeted ads. You entrust your documents to Cleerium to help with your personal admin, and that is what they are used for.
Protecting your documents also means planning for technical problems. Cleerium’s architecture includes provision for automatic backups so they can be recovered after an incident. Your bills, contracts and letters matter: preserving them is part of protecting your personal space.
We protect your data
Your documents contain personal information that deserves protection. The infrastructure chosen for Cleerium encrypts data while it is transferred to its storage services and while it is stored there. This protection covers both your files and the information recorded to organise your personal admin.
Protecting access to your account
Your bills, contracts and letters contain information directly related to you. To access your Cleerium space, you must sign in and have your identity verified. Access to documents is then checked to prevent another account from viewing your information.
The architecture also provides mechanisms to detect suspicious access attempts and limit abusive requests. Protecting your data also means protecting the account used to access it.
You must sign in to access your documents. Your account allows Cleerium to check that they belong to you.
Someone registered with Cleerium cannot view your documents using their own account. Every access request is checked.
Unusual access attempts are monitored and repeated requests are limited to prevent someone from trying to force their way into your space.

You stay in control
Entrusting your documents to Cleerium does not mean you have to leave them there. You can retrieve your files to keep them elsewhere or archive them to keep them without cluttering your active documents.
Deleted a document by mistake or changed your mind? It remains recoverable from the trash for 30 days before permanent deletion. This gives you time to restore it to your space.
